The website will have 6 steps and will ask for the following:

Name, Address, Email, Nursing School, Education, and etc

Pay both national and state dues

For new members:

• Two-year membership: $50.00 (NSNA) + $10.00 (HISNA) = $60.00 (Total)

• One-year membership: $25.00 (NSNA) + $5.00 (HISNA) = $30.00 (Total)

For renewing members

• Two-year membership: $50.00 (NSNA) + $10.00 (HISNA) = $60.00 (Total)

• One-year membership: $30.00 (NSNA) + $5.00 (HISNA) = $35.00 (Total)
